ContactIf you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the day after you received the goods. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
Send us the goods back after you have informed us via email about the cancellation of the contract. You can also return your order to our concept store at Hollandstrasse 9, 1020 Vienna.
Please note the following in each case:
• The free return is always carried out with the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered. To do this, please use the consignment note or sticker in the package or we will send you the return slip after we have received your email.
• All returned items must be in perfect condition, especially unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Labels have not been removed.
• Product packaging, such as protective bags for shoes, belts, jewelery and bags, as well as shoe boxes, are part of the ordered goods. They must therefore be returned or handed over to us and must also be in perfect condition. Therefore, please refrain from using this as an outer carton for returns.
• Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use additional protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for adequate protection.
• A purchase price refund on site from our concept store is not possible. A settlement with goods (exchange) must be clarified beforehand.
Within the cancellation period, you also have the option of exchanging the items you have ordered (including reduced items) for a different size free of charge. For availability and reservation, please contact our customer service and fill out the return slip included in the package accordingly.
Exchange for another item is possible.
After receiving your return, we will immediately process and check it in logistics in order to transfer your money back immediately, but at the latest within 5 working days of receipt of your return.
Refunds will only be made to your original payment method. Please understand that for security reasons we cannot transfer back to other accounts or credit cards.
Shipping costs for orders outside the EU will not be reimbursed.
A new voucher will be issued for all returns that you have purchased with a voucher.
We ship the goods within 2 working days of receiving the order.

We strive to pack the goods as environmentally friendly and sustainably as possible. We mostly use recycled materials.
We only send our goods in plastic packaging for safety reasons or if we have already received them from our supplier.
